1. Coaching Disclaimer

SoulCoach services are intended for personal development and guidance. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes after coaching sessions.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments must be made in full before the start of any session, course, or digital product purchase.

Digital products and online courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Coaching session refunds are subject to a case-by-case review and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

3. Session Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are private and confidential. However, confidentiality may be breached in cases where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, workbooks, and resources provided on the website and during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of SoulCoach. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without permission.

6. Code of Conduct

Clients must engage in respectful and professional communication. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of services without a refund.

7. Liability Limitation

SoulCoach is not responsible for any personal, professional, or financial outcomes resulting from coaching sessions or products. Clients participate at their own risk.

8. Digital Products & Online Course Access

Purchases of digital downloads, workbooks, or online courses are final. Unauthorized sharing or resale of content is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

SoulCoach reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
